Out of Hours Contact Details

We understand how stressful it can be to have a maintenance emergency outside of office hours. Maintenance issues classed as an emergency are:

  • No heating in the winter.
  • No hot water unless there is an alternative washing facility such as an electric shower.
  • Water consistently coming through the ceiling. If there is water coming through the roof, please can this be caught with a bowl as a roofer will not attend at night or in bad weather.
  • Water consistently leaking onto the floor. Please turn your water off at the stop tap.
  • If the leak is from an appliance, the water will stop leaking when the cycle has finished.
  • No electricity. Please check your fuse board and make sure there is no power cut in the area before you call a contractor.
  • Locked in or out of the property due to the failure of a lock.
  • When the house is not secure such as a smashed window or failure of a lock when the door is open.

For a gas or plumbing emergency, please call James at JW Plumbing on 07865620600.

If your emergency is electrical, please call John Pemble at Premier Electrical on
07974175172.

If you have been locked in or out of your property, or need a broken window boarded up,
please call Lewis Moore at LockFit on 07824703824.

Alternatively, if you have an emergency that falls outside of these categories, please call
Mick on 07864565085 and leave a message and he will get back to you as soon as he can.

If you smell gas, either inside or outside your property, then please call National Grid on
0800 111 999. Do not use naked flames or switch on lights.

If you have a medical emergency or there is a fire, please call 999.

If there is an emergency and you cannot contact the engineers, please call Edwards on
07354 856 341.
